Below you will find the steps which outlines the process to follow in order to engage in services with ThemeIT, Inc.

Each step is meticulously thought out to ensure we are handling all the details of your event efficiently and with your specific visions and ideas at the forefront.


The first step in our process is to  schedule a consultation call with the lead designer at a time most convenient for you.  


Upon completion of the initial consultation and your verbal authorization to move forward you will be sent an official contract, which outlines the different collections curated specifically for your event.  Once you have reviewed the contract and chosen a collection your signature will be required to retain us.  


 Once all contracts have been signed we work hard at hand crafting the design & style for your event and curate a visual interpretation tailored for your event. 


Upon approval of the design and associated budget we move into the physical planning and design of your event.


At the completion of the planning phase we conduct a final client meeting with you to ensure the vision for your event is fully realized. 


This meeting is scheduled

3 to 4 weeks before your event by one of our event managers to ensure the transition from planning and design to full scale production is handled flawlessly.


The big day is finally here and as such you have left the execution  in our capable hands, as you dance the night away. 


However, as an extra layer of security  clients are granted   access to their timeline through the client portal should they want to review all the details surrounding their event.
